A preliminary free survey includes a full parking optimisation plan, site planning and quotation. A second stage proposal includes detailed survey, a full build proposal, delivery logistics and environmental plan.

TopDeck Parking also carry out liaison as necessary with local Building Control Officers, Health & Safety Executive and officials from the Department of Communities and Local Government.

Following installation a compulsory monthly maintenance service is provided which includes inspection of all supports and surfaces with adjustments as required.
