TopDeck is a modular system that can be configured to exactly match your needs and provide the optimum number of additional parking bays. The use of the industry standard 2.4 metre bay format allows TopDeck to mirror existing car park configurations which, together with the clear span structure, minimizes the loss of existing spaces.
The inherent flexibility of the system enables it to cope with variations in site gradients and terrain. Support columns can be sited on a combination of different surfaces including landscaped areas, tarmac, rough ground, concrete or any other area that can withstand the required load.
Access ramps can be attached at almost any point, providing yet more flexibility in layouts, and pedestrian access can be sited for greatest safety and protection from existing traffic flows.
TopDeck is available with a variety of options to suit your individual needs. These include pedestrian lift, stand-alone power, ground and top floor lighting, bespoke safety systems with corporate branding and a fully managed rainwater system.
